Nakaura actually clarified this in a tweet, "Liberation/解放" was a typo, he meant "開放"

On that note though, even the correct title that he gave in the tweet was difficult for me to translate since 開幕 (Chapter 92) and 開放 (Chapter 93) both kinda mean "opening", and my JP isnt good enough to know a way to differentiate them

the "allowing public access" angle stands out to me, since, like "development", it's a trope in some hentai, though i don't know if it uses that that same term in japanese

as for the chapter i think it's important to note how moka is keeping control of the pace here. earlier in the chapter, when they're taking him two at a time, one of those two is always her, and while the other girls switch out, she's in it for the duration. she's making sure that this is an experience the two of them are having together, along with the other three. this is at its most clear when she draws a hard line at anyone else bouncing on it, though whether that's period or just before she does will have to wait til next chapter.

I’m also not even sure if Moka is enjoying this. She’s orchestrated it, but she’s also watching her boyfriend mess around with 3 other girls. Her looks of disdain didn’t really look like an act to me tbh.

We'll probably still be getting a timeskip, what that timeskip looks like is anyone's guess at this point, I never considered her bland or boring and her interactions with Ueno were always great.

I feel like some people are only praising her now is because she's allowing the bully trio to join in on the fun times, which is fine as far fanservice goes but Moka has more to offer than that, still the fanservice has been great.
