Chapter 51 is out and free to read. For those who a summary...
The chapter starts off with an angry Chisaki grabbing Riku by his shirt, asking if he forced himself onto Moka. Riku did admit that while he did force a kiss onto Moka, but he also said that Moka enjoyed it because she stuck out her tongue out for him. Riku also mentioned that he already programmed Moka (she already been developed, get it?), and that he's going to have lots of sex with her again. Moka is in denial, telling Ueno with tears streaming down her face that she didn't stick her tongue for Riku. Seeing Moka crying caused Chisaki to grab Riku by his shirt again, with Kanako trying to calm Chisaki down. Meanwhile, Tsubomi comforted Moka as Ueno stands around stunned by not only by this development but by learning that Moka is just him. Riku then told Moka not to cry anymore and that they'll talk again later.
The scene changes to Ueno meeting up with his tennis club. I think one of the members told Ueno the status about the opponent's team and how they're going out to drink instead of playing tennis with them. Ueno's members asked about Moka which the scene transition to Kanako, Tsubomi, Moka's two roommates watching Moka under the sheets. Moka said she just feeling under the weather. Kanako mentioned it would be easier if her roommates will watch over Moka and that she and Tsubomi will head back to their room. Meanwhile, Chisaki was in the smoking room, take a smoke as she reflects on what happened. When she steps out, Ueno was waiting for her, asking about Moka. Chisaki scolded Ueno for not doing anything to stop Riku from kissing Moka, saying how pathetic it is for Ueno to not protect his friend.
The scene then changes to the opponent's team at a karaoke. One of the members asked what happened to Riku.
Well, you see Riku in the bathroom, fucking NOT Moka but one of his classmates, showing how Riku didn't change one bit. As that happened, Ueno was sitting in his room with his classmates, reflecting about the situation with Riku-Moka and Moka's confession. The scene ends with both Ueno and Moka looking sad and pathetic.
The most noticeable thing about this chapter is Ueno realizing that Moka is programmed just like him. Instead of her being a masochist, Moka is a slave to her lust towards her ex. Moka's sister told Ueno that if he can't overcome a challenge alone, he needs to find someone with a similar goal in order to beat it together. Now, he found someone at last to share his desires to break his programming. Ueno needs to find his resolve and admit the truth to Moka. They don't have to be a couple at the end but admitting the truth will be the biggest turning point to Ueno.
Chisaki both gained and lost alot of points with me this chapter. On one hand, good for her stepping in and standing up for Moka like that, but she is also kind of a hypocrite too scolding Ueno for not having a backbone when she is a big reason why his social confidence is shattered. Not to mention she is basically his Riku as well. The latter I can prolly give her a pass for not making the connection, but I sure hope Ueno makes it for her. Maybe give a wake up call that while she was having fun with him, it was destroying him mentally. Granted she might think it's ok because he jacks himself off, but we'll see

That's one of my immediate thoughts when I first saw that scene. It does look hypocritical, but I feel like Chisaki was relaying what the readers was probably thinking seeing Ueno showing no agency towards the situation between Moka and Riku. It's also probably frustrating for Chisaki to see Ueno who was resisting her previously at their last encounter do nothing this time against Riku, especially when Moka was calling out Ueno's name while she was sobbing.
And really that is prolly my one benefit of the doubt for her is that she is not making the connection or maybe she thinks he is partially at fault cause he more often than not goes along with it, where in this case Moka was forced. I feel the only way she is gonna make the connection without Ueno flat out telling her she put him in a similar experience is that if Moka gives in and they have sex leaving Chisaki confused initially until she is like "oh shit" with some clarity. Matter of fact that's gonna me my theory with the direction this story is gonna go
So while at...reflection time I stumbled upon this and went "Wait, what the fuck, how does this have 50 chapters and 1000 pages? Huh?" and despite not being into the tags, I decided to check it out anyway. It's been going for so long, after all. And the more I read it, the more hooked I got. I'm really not into the fetishes displayed here, which in a way makes it a better reading experience due to how uncomfortable the premise of what they're doing to him makes me, and once I noticed there actually was something special with the characters and the plot, I had to keep going. I didn't expect to find a manga I liked so much like this, and I definitely want to see more of where this goes
