If that were to happen, then it would contradict what this story wants to convey. The bullies will only be a means for Manaka and Ueno to both learn how to "develop each others" (otherwise you wouldn't have got all those what if in the previous chapters), through them they will we be able to learn how to express their sexuality in their own way (a thing that neither of them could do, when they were doing it with the bullies and with the ex boyfriend) and especially in a "healthy way", the point of the whole story is that, to learn to "devolp" themselves.
