Do their strength equals to their classes?

I mean, if you become a Priest you are given the Holy Wine and you'll have a power.
Does that mean the 'Named' group members are weak because their strength is only Priest class?

I'm guessing Seine is at the top of Bishop class or at Cardinal strength and Elsa is at Bishop class.

Actually it has not been established that Elsa is weaker than Seine. Moreover, it has been hinted that she is stronger than her.

The reason she lost to Seine is because she somehow becomes weaker when she confronts people she cares about. That part is not explained properly till now.
