Some interpretations of medusa are what she sees, and most when you look into her eyes. Depending on what happens to energy based attacks, etc, and given that the gold-ification seems to include equipment, medusa could be easier with a blind wide area magic. Otherwise you might be limited to chucking large objects and hope goldy doesn't have amazing armor that can withstand that items' new gold-ified weight.

Yes, mister midas. is onyx. i don't know how or why, but that's my bet. And that is also why he doesn't come back after so long.

It's a bit off with how he was lost 12 years and they stopped sending adventurers 4 years ago - and the castle was apparently turned to gold after they stopped sending adventurers. So he's probably innocent.

um.. in that case the enemy is screwed, gold is extremely heavy, its more than twice the density of iron. It is softer and less durable, but ether the total weight is kept the same, or yikes, a thrown stone would be made around five times heavier if converted to gold of the same size.

Dorami leaves a lot to be desired. She's just "there" for the longest and then out of nowhere we get a bunch of backstory (old lady she mooched off of, mom that abandoned her, and dad that abandoned her pregnant mother) with none of it really having any pay off. Despite being such a major character it's kinda weird. The story could've focused more on her growth and getting over her actually really sad backstory or it could've just said "Dragons as a species are left alone after XYZ age." and been done with it. Make it so that no dragon knows their parents and don't bother. The fact that she's even a dragon feels often forgotten, and it's weird because the entire idea there is that white dragons are protected in their kingdom, so like it wouldn't be crazy to have her transform for some spectacle to say, "A new white dragon has blessed our kingdom." or whatever
I don't know but it'd be easy to work in. Or even have her learn partial transformations. I'm lost as to how she's becoming an adventurer with an attacker class and still it doesn't really matter that she's a dragon. Like she could just be a normal human orphan and nothing would change. It's only one time that we even got a hint of an, "I'm lonely because I'm scared the other kids won't like a non-human." storybeat and that lasted like a page and was immediately resolved.
