Folkqueen didn't came to meet Oguri on screen again though she said they would meet again...
I wanted to see Oguri's mom supporting her when she needed, she didn't.
And expected Obey to show up again either to cheer or witness or anything.... NOTHING. Except for the cover where she's pictures, she's not shown in the present like the other JP Cup 1988 and 89 contestants are. THERE IS NOTHING ABOUT MY QUEEN.

So Belno actually graduate and come back as a trainer and have actual job. Finally we see an uma musume that actually doesn't stuck in the school loop even tho they are retired/graduate. Tho it seems Oguri still stuck in the school loop as a "senpai" student even years past like the rest of the non OC Uma musume lol.

Wish they actually give an explanation why the older/retired Uma still a student even years past in the anime pretty derby/CG. They could easily say they are like a special support for new racer or something. But they obviously still student even after years.

As Ardan and Yaeno said in chapter 209, those Uma who run felt their sole existence is to run until death. That's why CB, Rudolf and Maruzensky are still here. They ran in the retired Uma races once in a while, and will never stop

this ending just makes me wish they'd re-interpret pretty derby s1 and s2 in the cingrey tone and style... Golden generation is done dirty by s1 not really knowing what it wants to be when they could've been going full sports anime. s2 is great already so it might be redundant to redo it but I think teio and mcqueen deserve it because they are very cute. the rice sideplot would also go insanely hard with a more serious tone and more screentime to tell it

Damn man. This really was pure peak all the way. Always bittersweet to finish a god series, but I am glad it got to end on it's own terms and with a satisfying conclusion. Really hope they end up adapting all of it for the anime.

I rationalize it as Tracen being a sort of High School & College combo. Explains why you have some Umas there for years past when you would expect if it was just a High School.
