We are still heading on the Road to the Top as the Star Blossoms. Perhaps the Umamusume are the Pretty Derby we ran along the Party Dash.

we are preparing Behind the Scenes to dash out of the Starting Gate, outrunning adversaries as the Mermaid Left Behind, the sound of our strides resounding like the Far-Off Thunder

Wait, is this series prequel to pretty derby? i'm a bit confused about the timeline rn after reading it to the end because thats daiwa scarlet on kitahara team right? isn't daiwa was still on junior year when joining team spica + special week already here with silence suzuka means they're already on team spica?

Nah, Oguri meeting Spe was referencing that old Spin off manga when same situation happened but from Spe POV, Cingray universe is a bit closing to game story than the anime one

I feel like Cygamess intervened a little more in the final chapters. But it's ok, it was a great ending. I'm just sad I got spoiled by wikipedia readers as soon as the game went global XD

No wonder she's also called Special Weight.

That was a good time, ending felt kinda rushed but I'm glad it ended on a happy note.
Personally, I preferred the narrative back at Kamatsu. The journey felt a lot more fun and interesting, and the characters felt a lot more memorable. Central is more like a revolving door of members, and the narrative felt stagnant in a way. The highlights were good like the Japan Cup, they really spiced things up.

Anyway, Oguri is awesome and will forever be our lovable dumbass MC. She aura farmed so hard throughout this manga.

Absolute cinema, I haven't read something so good in years. Thank you for the effort in translating this manga

So Belno actually graduate and come back as a trainer and have actual job. Finally we see an uma musume that actually doesn't stuck in the school loop even tho they are retired/graduate. Tho it seems Oguri still stuck in the school loop as a "senpai" student even years past like the rest of the non OC Uma musume lol.

Wish they actually give an explanation why the older/retired Uma still a student even years past in the anime pretty derby/CG. They could easily say they are like a special support for new racer or something. But they obviously still student even after years.
Here's my theory - Oguri is getting held back for years due to bad grades and failing exams

I finished peak, but it’s time to start star blossom which I assume is directly after cin gray as we see characters from there on the buildings

Seeing March directly mentioning Haru Urara at Kochi is more surprising to me than any other part of this ending. CinGray's now fully planted itself as the prequel, not just a standalone part of Umamusume settings.

I am looking forward to the possibility of Belno playing a part outside of Cingray. Her family business getting Oguri as their sponsored athlete is just kino.

Thanks for dropping this chapter on Christmas Eve. Merry Kris S, it was treesome seeing Tokai Trio with the Symbolic greenery of Rudolf while not being so Sirius.
Isn’t it because they’re referencing that irl March raced in Kochi?

but she still had a good career tho with 3 g1s
Just realized too late that she actually won 6 G1s. I used Jbis and her 3 other g1s was marked with "L" instead of "G1" so i didn't know, and I apologize to the Buena Vista fans for getting her wins wrong. Buena vista is a great horse
