Unable to report issue with Manga

When I try to report an issue with a title, I receive a 500 error from /ajax/actions.ajax.php?function=manga_report&id=xxxxxxx

I have tried with two different manga and get the same result.

Same here with the chapter report. I used the “Other (Please specify)” reason and tried with long and short explanations. All give 500 - Internal server error with no text message or other content in the body of the HTTP reply. I haven’t tried other reasons since I have nothing else to report.
