Nah, I think Nijiro meant that Kato is on Kamikakushi’s side. Nijiro told him to tell Kamikakushi that his clan will kill them all

UN also said that there's no reason they themselves can't do the same, and UN's products are always shown to be superior to the ones on NIN.
What I think is interesting is that NIN is keeping Kuro's body for some reason, maybe they want to "merge" both kumogakure and yamada's DNA? they only have the nose to go off so a clone might not turn out as strong as the original so who knows.

Yamada’s good because of her upbringing not purely DNA… but let’s see. Kuro was good because he knows a lot and not just fighting so it might be some “knowledge” injection into clones as well…?

Her upbringing was a big factor, yes, but remember that there were many other kids in that enviroment, and she still rose to the top, so she was definetely gifted.
And regarding the Kumogakure, there's definetely some shared memory between the siblings, as we can see on chapter 91. Kuro's description, as someone who "inherited" all of nijiro's ninjustsu also strenghtens that idea, each sibling seems to be stronger than the last, at least in some ways.

But who knows how much it will be explored, hopefully we get a more in depth flashback with the original body, or maybe even the fourth sibling, who was a nukenin just like kato.
