I mean considering the scifi elements in the story, the term brother could just be a front for cloning with how many of them were mentioned. Wouldnt put it past that when one of the seven got surgically turned into a baby

Yes. Brain transplants are possible. There's a guy inside a cat. There's a guy inside a baby. Kuro's brain was not critically damaged, and for some reason according to Miracle Hibi in a previous issue "Kuro talked with a robotic voice" before the final battle. Anything could be possible.
