I didn't realize that teach is her parents' friend.
And why are the parents so insensitive, really they would expect her to just open up about something important to her in front of that guy? Didn't even cross their minds that she might have a really private matter to discuss with them.

You get real functioning humans in society whom you wouldn't even expect to do any heinous stuff pulling off stunts like this. Like happily married fathers, imagine a father with a daughter and a loving family and he goes out there and rapes someone old enough to be his daughter. Shit's real unfortunately.
