Upload a serie

Hi, I recently read a "new" serie : Berserk of Gluttony" and I really like it but it don't seem that I can find it on MangaDex so I'm wondering if I can by myself upload the chapters (with the group watermark and everything else of course) without asking the group or I have to ask them the permission ?
