Hey i uploaded some chapters (this is my first upload, i know that first upload must be reviewed manually and it takes some time but it's 2 days already) but I'm worried that my work already reviewed but it got rejected without me knowing it,Thank you.

You are likely to get a quicker response by asking in the support channel on the discord server

Approval generally takes <2 days. How long exactly depends on how busy the moderators are.
If your chapter/title is still not visible after 2 days, DM one of the moderators on Discord, and explain the issue to them.
