uploading issue

Hello peeps,

Apologies if this is something super obvious, but I'm new to MD and I struggle
I am a member of a group, and I was trying to upload a chapter to a series we work on - I followed all the steps and guidelines, and thought I uploaded it successfully, only the chapter isn't showing up. We (as a group) do have the series locked for uploads, but I thought since I am a group member (here on MD as well) I should be okay posting the chapter. Is there anything specific I have to do first, or a possible mistake I'm making that'd cause the chapter to not show up?
Or, if it's fairly normal to see some delay between uploading and the chapter showing up, do you have a rough estimate on how long it usually takes (say 1 hour, 1 day, 1 week)?
