But is it the app that stinks or is it the owner of the ramen store? And can they tell which is which? Cos if it’s the app that’s gray and telling them that the owner is gray it would be a false positive.

Aren’t you supposed to ignore the gray things like 99% of the time? I’m sure swinging your phone around and staring at whatever it labels won’t cause any problems whatsoever. I guess if the app itself doesn’t piss them off you can then try to avoid whatever it points at, but i still feel like this feature is going to get people killed more often than not.
