Any time someone has a mind overlap, it's a copy / instance of Yayoi. As she said, "There were always other "me"s." Hama has to take Q-produced medicine, which likely suppresses the Yayoi inside her, and her mom probably wave function-collapsed into a Yayoi too, like what happened to Chacha. This whole thing is basically a realization that there are a ton of ticking time bombs out there even if Yayoi / Chacha is stopped.

oh right, but I thought they were making a big deal of hana's mum looking like hana to say that if Hana's mum possessed hana then people wouldn't be able to tell because their faces overlap unlike with the girl with the white tuft of hair?

This is only for people who might be lost on who that is at the end.
It's a character who has been shown as early as one of the first cases, and her name was revealed during the Home Delivery Job.
The first case she appeared in was the briefcase delivery job, when Yume and Hama go to their hometown and unearth their time capsule. She was the third person in the photo with them.
We really seem to be reaching the end.

I'm going to say someone mentioned that Hama probably has another Yayoi inside of her, I'm wondering if potentially it's a whole other entity in her. Most likely not, but I mean Yayoi doesn't have to be the only one to overlap with people like that.

Worth noting Debora was talking to someone who was all shadowy. I wonder if this was a trap against her... Meanwhile, I'm worried about whether Jin got out. He may have died this time.

I'm also so curious about how Nijimura ties into all this. She looks so plain and unassuming. We learned that was her name in the Home Delivery Service, but I think the first time her name came up was in the first Religious Institution chapter. It opens with the line, "Nijimura is the strongest child, and we need his power to overcome the worst possible timeline. Despite that, he is good as gone. We must call him back to us once more." I don't speak Japanese but I'm guessing the gender wasn't clear in the original, since Japanese lacks pronouns.

So combine that with the reveal about Hama having the overlapping brain scan like Yayoi... And then Nijimura apparently being called to Hama's house... Hmm. The biggest question is what are Yayoi's intentions for Nijimura. Does Yayoi want to use Nijimura, or harm her so she can end the world?

Greater narrative questions aside, I gotta say, the cherubs stomping the men's severed heads like the grapes was poetic justice.

Or is it because the angel saw the fat lady that she deemed that the contract failed? Is that the reason why she killed all the partygoers?

Is Yayoi trapping the fat lady so that she can sacrifice all the partygoers???

no, all the women at the party needed to be sacrificed, so when Yume and Nagomi ran away with one of the other women the angel concluded the contract was unfulffilled. So she had everyone still in the building killed.

Alright so on one hand the world of this manga is a horrorshow full of unknowable, impossible nightmares. On the other hand the rich ruling class are getting killed off by weird bacchanalian god-entity-bs. maybe it evens out.
