I mean, mangaka could pull this out of the air, but right now, different hair lengths, different chest sizes, plus Lou has that giant jewel in her forehead. Sure, the bangs on the thief could arguably cover it, but like I said, her hair is cut shorter. So, somehow, Lou would have to magically shorten and lengthen her hair for each transformation. I mean, magic exists in this world, and you did say clone or body double, so there's a possibility.

I'm going to lean on them being relatives and maybe even sisters, and that it'll be revealed that the thief was always part of the Hero's party, but always just messed with Yui (and the Hero's party).
Everything you just mentioned could easily be an Illusion set onto Lou to become Union Dagger... And is it so farfetched to have Lou use magic to shorten or extend her hair?

The "Giant jewel in her forehead" can easily be a wearable item, like a crown regalia.

Also, the "Priestess" seems to show a sudden lack of affection for Yui while Union Dagger is around, despite practically drooling all over her the last few pages.

Remember that Lou's Bodyguards either don't care for Yui, or outright dislike Yui because she is grabbing Lou's "Interest" from them.

Interesting that she's similar to the Thief class in some RPG. Namely expanding their Steal to be able to steal even STATS from their targets LOL (I can't fully remember their names 100% of this typing, but I remember one where stealing stats was basically the Stolen Stats would be temporary Buffs on their corresponding stat while the enemy suffered more a temp debuff in that staff)

I wonder if she has some of hte Thief Steal Skills from Final Fantasy Tactics. Namely stealing equipment (which she showed stealing Draco's sword) but more important. "Steal Heart" (basically the Thief in FFT can use this to more basically place CHARM on the Target) I wonder if she DOES have it, she'll target Hubby simply to troll Yui (Since she has a thing with stealing what she finds as precious, she might only be targeting the ring less for it's value and more cause Yui was after it, but we know that it's Hubby who wanted the ring to give to Yui, so it's less valuable to her and more because she wants to help Hubby get to it so he CAN give it to her! It's more about HIM then the ring or it's wish....well that last part is more so because of her NEMESIS not hiding she plans to use the one wish to force their divorce.....what a waste of such a powerful wish. Unless you add they can never get married, nothings stopping the Protagonists from just remarrying! At best you're just being an annoyance that thinks childishly! Hence my belief she might target Ryuoto because stealing him WOULD get a rise out of Yui!)

So far with Predictions after my little "()" above, I'm thinking one future prediction is she falls for Ryuoto and decides to steal him (provoking Juju of course along with Yui) If not. I have a prediction SOME girl will target the ring SPECIFICALLY to use the wish to make him theirs!
You maybe right in her ability too steal hearts and targets Hubby. But I bet when she tries she can't steal it. Since all his abilities outside of combat and fishing are SSS class (according to Yui) his love is lv100. Making him too powerful for a lv99 thief. She then gets obsessed with winning his heart but constantly fails. Which sounds like a good joke.

Exactly, I mean the Harpy previously was caught off guard with how the WEALKING of the party she attacked was able to break her control when she used him

And would make sense, she's so use to getting one over on Yui. She won't accept losing like that so easily (Bonus if she doesn't LOVE Hubbie at all, and it was just to get under Yui's skin, but winning him becomes obsession as you said as she forgets her MAJOR reasoning! It becomes a defeat she can't recover from! Add that everything else she does to troll Yui works 100% except that one where she falls flat on her face with, but is too stubborn to give up on! I say this cause OF COURSE she will realize he is her greatest treasure, NOT the Goddess Ring which she is only going for to help HIM get it so he can give it to her (she can care less or at ALL about the wish granting, she just wants to make him happy and would be happy if he gave her a pretty pebble he found on the ground simply cause it was from him and from the HEART! Something she'll misunderstand assuming she just wants the Ring because she's a Max Level Heroine like herself! Why WOULDN'T she want "the best!" When she ALREADY has the best! "Someone she's known since childhood that was always there for her ESPECIALLY after her parents death and before she ran off to get revenge on the one responsible, and even after all those years where she'd have expected him to be married already! He hadn't and had waited patiently for her! Bonus Points that at that point, she was EMPTY now that she avenged her parents, but had nothing left going for her, after all she could have taken an official position in the kingdom hierachcy like her former companions did, but she didn't because that wasn't what she desired nor had a reason to! HE became her reason to keep on going! Every threat from her old companion who turned out to be a Bitch Tsundere Lez for her to another Girl her hubbie had been FAMILY with, though unlike her where there was LOVE, that one was ALWAYS family as in Brother-Sister despite the fact the girl saw it in the same vein as HER relationship with him and refuses to BUDGE all are TESTS to show how strong and indominable" It's why Draco is ACCEPTED since she KNOWS unlike Juju, Draco has NO romantic interest in him and vice verse with him towards her. (It was funny when Yui intially thought she was a rival before BOTH made it clear that it was PURE FRIENDSHIP/ADMIRATION and nothing more! Hell Draco is their BIGGEST defender of their marriage and funny enough the "Only Sane Man" despite "Bikini Armor" LOL)

The Priestess has shown a lack of affection for Yui off and on. Her character is obviously meant to be tsundere-ish when it comes to Yui and Ryouta because she wants Yui to herself and wants to get rid of Ryouta. Her denying to help (and then helping by dispelling the invisibility spell of the thief) is her being the usual on-and-off tsundere-ish with Yui.

The illusion would have to be placed on everyone (including innocent bystanders) every time she wanted to do this. Meaning the Priestess would have to be powerful to even fool several level 99s in the Heroe's party since Union Dagger apparently messed with the entire Heroe's Party (and was apparently in the Heroe's party). I'm certain there's a level 99 Mage, a former member of the Hero's Party, running around that we haven't been introduced to yet somewhere, who could and would counter a powerful illusion spell.

Leaning on illusion magic makes your theory unfalsifiable to the degree that even if you see them together on the same page, as we did (Priestess was laughing when the Thief blew a kiss at Yui, and on last page Priestes is standing with Yui and company while Thief is getting away), you can fall back on one being an illusion and the other one being the real one. Ultimately, you have to ignore the implication that the Thief was part of the Hero's Party and always there. The Hero's Party would discover that one was an illusion and one was real during combat. Not even counting the possibility that someone would have a high perception or wisdom stat(s) as a Ranger, etc.

I don't think this sort of gag manga that's meant for light gooner material with a focus on Yui and Ryouta's relationship is going to go that deep into it. It's more plausible that they're relatives or simply on the same team, since in the episode the Thief shows up in, it's the same episode that the Priestess tells Yui that they're on opposite sides of trying to get the very ring that the thief is trying to get.
