I didn't know what you expect the scan group to do about it. First, each published chapter is split into two parts, so they wait for both to be out first before releasing. Right now the most recent raw is 17-1.

Second, after chapter 15 released, there was likely a break in publication to prepare for the release of Volume 2. It's not stated as such on the last page as is typically the case, and the raw site doesn't list dates for the uploads, but it is a standard practice regardless.
