the situation after the cult kidnapping them is still dire after all, doubt they’ll have some lovey dovey moment for time being. but Toriko does set her eyes for Sorawo for entire time in this chapter, she worried about Sorawo and the thing she said to Sorawo is truly a genuine one.

Asking for the same thing as well. I searched in a blog I know that compiles Japanese scary stories on internet, and I might have found it? It's in Japanese, of course. Quick MTL shows some similarities with the story here, but it lacks some details, so I'm unsure. Searching for "山の牧場" in Google shows some other scary-looking stuff, you might be able to find other similar stories, I haven't checked.

Sorawo having the emotional intelligence of a brick and the trauma repressing capabilities honed over years being a cult child makes me think that she is definitely going to avoid talking about Toriko's confession. to her it's related to Satsuki and I think she is still worried about Toriko being stolen from her on some level.
So this chapter seeming slow makes sense to me, dealing with eldritch horrors isn't exactly a conducive environment for a quick cute relationship (now a slow twisting one absolutely)
