The power levels are as random as the story, cause she knocked out the 3rd place winner in that other chap earlier with one kick.

Maybe she gets powered up by fury like in DBZ.

That's kind of the problem with the logic behind power levels. Yes, she drop-kicked a bear (likely in heels) and knocked the wind out of him. It doesn't mean she has the upper body strength to arm-wrestle a gorilla, or the bear, and win.
