So, ch 10+11 pretty much confirm (like ch 7 heavily implied already) that he truly is nothing more than an evil ntr ghost and she always had little invested in her husband + a weak mental constitution and would've cheated full slut style either way, just with someone else.

Good chapter. Really interesting way to cement ghost+wife as the true villains after having him act "human" and seem "worried for her well-being" when the chapter started, just before showing his true colors (once again unfairly shifting and piling ALL the blame on the husband and giga insulting him even tho he knows that she is just as much reason for their failing relationship)

I had a feeling last chapter that the a/c repair girl was gonna end up being some kind of ally for the husband. I’m interested in seeing what kind of role she plays in all of this.

With the pace it’s been going at, I can’t really see this being a very long series, either. It’s getting pretty interesting now, though. Although I feel like Paru really just wanted to draw normal ntr.

It’d be nice if this ended with them getting a divorce. I’m gonna roll my eyes pretty fucking hard if they somehow patch up their marriage after all of this. It’s clear that they probably shouldn’t have gotten married to one another in the first place.

Cheating is never okay. If you feel that unloved in your relationship you should either at least try couples counseling or break up. Even if that means getting a divorce. But! Oddly enough, cheating in Japan is not really seen the same as in other (Western) countries so it’s good to keep that in mind to enjoy the story to the fullest.

You dont think that Gou-san was saying the things he said, and in the way he did, to maybe spur the Yuichi into actually acting like a husband a little bit? I think that Gou-san's commentw (and the way he said them) almost felt like they were trying to be some sort of kick up the ass for Yuu-kun, maybe I'm wrong...

Peace to all of our brothers who bought all the beastars, the santa ones, getting hyped for great excecution with crappy endings
Sad!
I knew nothing besides her Beastsars stuff would be the only thing worth reading so I only got onto this because it was new. I would still reccomend Beastars if people just pretend it ends at the end of the murderer arc.

I was hoping there would be some twist where the author does point out how the MC and Ghost are the irreddemable villains but this is literally just how women (and female authors) think. We all see what's obviously going on but even the author herself likely doesn't.

Women can't even take accountability in fiction they write where they could frame it in the best way possible for them. It's frustrating because what media and school teaches us about the differences with men and women clearly isn't reality and I've seen people personally in friends and family (men and women but mainly men) be hurt by not figuring that out. But even now people will call you retard and incel for pointing out that women are kinda evil.

As @tototototoo said one might have to keep in mind that infidelity in japan is a very different thing. As far as I know marriages are also very different. Their relationship foundation seems very off to me as they seem to have next to nothing in common and even have no base for proper vulnerable conversation. This might also be a japanese thing... maybe someone else can chime in.

I have a zero tollerance policy when it comes to cheating and the lack of communication from her side (credit is due, she tried but didn't find a way to properly convey the gravity of her unhappiness, she can only do so much) and the lack of interest to engage on his side lead to this stalemate and the cheating. So far understandable and unfortunate. Split up and learn from it. No turning back from that.

But again, the japanese are different with cheating so this story seems to go into the "my cheating has brought us closer together"... at this point I'm just hate-reading
