i think she might actually be pan rather than just bi.
look at it this way: bi people are like "I'm willing to have sex with boys, and I'm also willing to do it with girls", while pan people are like "i don't care what they are, I'd be willing to have sex with them".

Bisexual means you’re attracted sexually to 2 or more genders
Pansexual means you’re attracted to specific individuals irrespective of gender
