Watch all the guest commentators be L file suspects. The wager is all people accused must be guilty. Cause usogui has the L file, hes pretty much won this. Its like playing russian roullete where you hand a guy the gun without spinning the bullet off the chamber

Another really fun arc indeed so far. Im also betting they are all the suspects, Usogui played to win. Honestly, sometimes its confusing what kind of things Kakerou allows or not. Yakou seemed to imply the mine game with Ikki Sadakuni (which was set up from the start with the eye cameras) was not allowed by Kakerou standars, but this one is also totally set up and even though Midara admits its fishy he allows it. Though I guess Yakou was more concerned about the mine game being used numerous times.

PD: Thank you for the data on the no-pan kissa and on chapter 68, gonna check them out.

I think the problem with the mine game was that exclusive Referee Mekama was assisting Ikki Sadakuni way too much. Kakerou was responsible for preparing a neutral playing area for both players, but Sadakuni was able to see through Kakerou's cameras. That means Mekama must have aided in the camera set-up for Sadakuni.

For this game in particular, the main trick was that Baku had them accept the match without knowing what the show's full content was. I suppose for these kinds of things, it's the responsibility of the guests accepting the gamble to be able to foresee that it could turn out badly... when Referee Midara said "Are you okay with the rules & wager?", at this point they could have refused to play until they learned about the show's content. Of course that's all in hindsight, ultimately Baku is exploiting the fact that the guests didn't know what Kakerou was and how binding their rules can be.
