About the discussion of whether Baku set-up the bookstore meeting with Hal beforehand, I think it's very likely now, since it was revealed that he was a Kakerou member at this time. Since he is a Kakerou member, and given his thoroughness, he should have researched Kakerou. At the very least, he should be aware of the main members of the family leading Kakerou.

The fact that Usogui wonders if Hal gave up and went home would imply he doesnt know Leader wouldnt want to speak with Kakerou members when he lost his memory. Which means he wouldnt know in general about the book process and their meeting was a coincidence.

I think it's more likely that Eba actually set this meeting up, since otherwise he'd be worried about the fact that there was a second order immediately after completion of the first one, not smiling as he was. Though, that smile felt ominous. I can't tell what Eba's goal is at this point, whether or not he set the meeting up.
