Gambling manga have to acknowledge more than other stories that due to prevalence of probability and odds, there are many 'reasonable conclusions' to write into a story. It's not like the 11 guess that Baku first tried in the Dotty game couldn't have been right, but it's up to the author to make it right or not - and the readers should be able to guess that of course it's not going to be correct, that would be too easy. It's kinda like how we all know Baku's gonna win, or at least we'd gamble on it 'cause there is a verifiable author (see: God) writing the story, and presumably, he is not gambling himself to decide plot developments (that'd be 2deep4me). If you ever wanted insight to a typical, reasonable story, you wouldn't just think "is that a reasonable development", but rather or additionally, "of all the reasonable developments that exist, why did the author pick that one?"
