After "shhhhh" joke in Namekawa I was hoping to see more 4th wall breaks from Atou-sensei. They are of highest quality.
I like how girls find each other cute. I bet they'll become besties in no time. Also, yes, brownie points to rival for indirectly helping our hapless MC. Rockets to start the fire is very good, but this knife thing stands out of place...like totally out of place, on a chapter level.
My fav still the teacher. He, like, reinforces his place in my heart with each chapter he appears in. How did he become the teacher? Obvious: he is the best.

Not gonna lie, missed opportunity right here: A good antagonist can make a series more gripping. We may not necessarily like it, but the conflict forces challenges and growth. It allows for battles of a variety that keep us on the edge of our seats.

Now its back to simple slice of life stuff now that we know childhood friend was only teasing.
