Sigh, not the great srart of this story. At least I know the female MC is a lesbian. That's a good point but how can she be together with a .. 😔... married woman?

I'm enjoying this so far, especially because it's linking to the real world situation with same-sex marriage in Japan. Thank you to the translators for picking it up!

This story has potential, but I could really see it going either way. Hopefully it delivers on its premise rather than dragging its feet for God knows how long.

The question is, how can we get the good yuri ending if the situation is ike the reality like same sex marriage is still not recognisable in Japan,hm?

Okay, so I read Usotsuki Hanayome to Dousei Kekkon-ron a while back, and while it’s cute and funny at first, I gotta be honest—it kinda starts to drag? Like, the whole premise of the female lead lying constantly to keep the fake marriage going is fun for a few chapters, but after a while, it feels like the same thing over and over. Every arc is like:
1. She tells a lie.
2. Male lead gets mildly annoyed/suspicious.
3. Wacky hijinks happen.
4. They make up with zero consequences.
…and then repeat. It’s like the story’s stuck in a loop, y’know? I kept waiting for some real growth or a deeper dive into why she lies so much, but it never really goes there. Feels like wasted potential.

Also, the male lead? He’s just… there. Like, he reacts to her antics but doesn’t have much personality beyond being the “straight man” to her chaos. I wanted him to call her out more or show some actual frustration instead of just shrugging it off. It makes their relationship feel kinda shallow, like they’re just going through rom-com motions without any real emotional stakes.

Don’t get me wrong—the art’s nice, and the comedy hits sometimes. But after 15 chapters, I was like, “Are we ever gonna talk about trust issues? Or how lying messes with relationships?” Instead, it’s all played for laughs. If you’re here for light, brainless fluff, it’s fine. But if you want characters who evolve or a story with depth? Eh, might leave you wanting more.

(TL;DR: Fun at first, but wears thin fast. Needs less “gotcha!” humor and more heart.)

Ending confuses me.. ig it's realistic but it's not even bleak

Honestly,it is a good ending though it's a dream world (the reality in the real world is otherwise).

Oh hey, this one wrapped up a little sooner than I expected, it does feel like a lot of pieces of this story happened offscreen with Gotou, but that just wasn't the perspective we were following eh? That does rather lead us to fill in the gaps ourselves of what was going on inside her head.

This was relatively cute but I do wish there was more to slow the pace down a bit more. Would have ideally liked at least one extra chapter between Saya leaving and then being reunited. Also would have liked to see more of Reis coworkers reacting to her marriage
