well it’s her own decision since we know she does have trauma what’ll happen if she didn’t save people (even the bad one). she just doesn’t want see same thing like what happened to her mom (though it wasn’t her fault), her dad for being cold toward her is also the result of that ignorance. she at least already did her own best to save someone’s life, though she failed for 3x and resulting her breakdown.
