Yes. So it's Donten ni Warau -> Donten ni Warau Gaiden -> Rengoku ni Warau and finally Utakata ni Warau

Botan and Hirari's story are like a side story of the warau series since they are not the main characters in Donten and Rengoku but they do appear there and contribute greatly to the story. And this one tells the story after Gaiden and how a plot in Rengoku is connected to it.
