This would be a good moment for someone to interject that most platforms don't like accounts being passed around, you try transferring a YouTube or Nico account and it's going to end up banned as soon as they find out it changed hands.

That's very much not true for youtube(like have you seen how many high profile channels private equity has been buying these past few years) you can easily transfer ownership of a brand account, there is even a google help article on how to do it.

They kinda need this stuff considering how many business entities have youtube accounts.
