It entirely got axed, tbh.
I've fought with someone on [other manga site] about it but Champion Red decided to just shotgun a whole bunch of their series to focus on ecchi. Their second highest selling manga (that we also worked on) got randomly cancelled with no real ending or reason. They did the same with a Saint Seiya manga too.

Stella/Nagi clearly never got to finish off their side. Kikuri got kinda shafted when it seems to be that Douman planned some sort of tragedy thing with her/Raimi/Yoki. I actually really liked the characters and kinda wanted more of the Doraemon leftover concept.

This ending gives me sort of Magu-chan feels, where the author had the ending bam chapter ready to go whenever Jump told them to eat shit,

Magu-chan ending was one of the most satisfying WSJ ending in a while too maybe because of that. There aren't a lot of them lately. The other one I remember with a pretty good ending after Magu-chan was Undead Unluck.

My first Douman's manga, it introduced to a wild rides of works. Like others said, not my favorite. In the end it will still have a big place in my heart for being the first and making me invested for 3 years

It was a somewhat satisfying ending. Liked it better than the ending to Oddman 11 and Voynich Hotel at least, even though the ride was shorter.

I hope Dowman Sayman finds a new home soon. Fuck Champion Red!

You joke, but you really can feel the restraints on him this time around. It's probably the least Dowman series so far. Not that it isn't entirely free from such, he did got to go hard on his lolicon tendencies. But it still feel really tame and kinda boring at parts.

Still, this was a fun series to follow for all these years.

Yoki is such a force of nature in a very pleasant way that it really makes the story feel like an adventure even if it didn't travel across crazy alien worlds or what not. TLer feels the same as you and I think he only has Melancholia as #1 because of the nature of the short stories tying everything together nature.

Nagi was actually introduced when Champion Red changed their digitals and went to simulpub with the physicals. That's also when they started destroying the quality too (Which now they are doing to their main magazine too, according to the TL group of Baki). Nagi however, is too beautiful and mogged too many girls in Red. There was a manga where a guy is training grotesquely titted bunny girls and then you flipped the page to Nagi, it's like a a bottle of white lightning vs a can of stella. )tee hee)

Yeah, I don't understand all the people here that think it's one of his weaker works. I enjoyed it, all the little details that eventually came together in the end. That's classic Dowman to me.

I do wonder how Raimon ended up dying, since Obitto said AI are "basically immortal" in chapter 48, and Raimi seems totally fine after 1600 years. And he died in the vivarium, too. Did he know his time was almost up and enter the vivarium just to die? Shame we'll never find out, but mysteries like that are also classic Dowman so I'm not too upset about it.

Now we wait for Oddman 11: The Sequel.
