Vote system for suggestion (threads)

I wanted to suggest a feature to show followed series but after consulting the Megathread I saw that it was already there. I realized that there's A LOT of suggestion in there and I was wondering if it could be possible to add a popularity feature to the requests (like discord is doing in their suggestion section) with tags/states and with an "order by" option.

It could allow you to see what suggestions are the most popular and also allow people to upvote a suggestion.
