Take your time, your translations are really good. I laughed out loud when I read the chat, I love when the slang is adapted into something we can understand.Hey everyone, sorry about the delay; something came up. I'll try to finish the next chapter by tomorrow

Very informative! Thanks for your effort writing this essayMomo/Mo Di is a representation of the philosopher Mozi, founder of Mohism. In its time Mohism was considered one of the most important philosophies in the Warring States era and was a major contender against Confucianism itself. The dating game situation is a cutified representation of what happened with Mohism. Mohists were masters of mathematics and engineering and believed in universal and impartial love for mankind. While they were pacifists they also believed that the ability to wage war efficiently was the key to eternal peace. To this end, they became master builders of defensive fortifications and sold their services to EVERY Warring State. Their idea was to make warfare pointless by making it too costly for ANY side to wage. This eventually resulted in most Chinese states turning against them except Qin, whose leader Duke Xiao instead provided them with sanctuary. This gave Qin an advantage in siege warfare as everyone else's fortifications had either been designed by the Mohists or based on their ideas.
The biggest irony is that I posted this way late because when the chapter released I was in China and my VPN can't unlock Mangadex...Very informative! Thanks for your effort writing this essay
There are competitive/co-op dating simsAs eroge enthusiast, I don't think author played much dating sims.
Don't look down on dating sims!💢 Especially those with affection points rather than just event flags, they're wayyy harder
I understand author wants to introduce a rival but this is pretty cringe.
[Edit] Man, people marking this as "confused" pissed me off.
Assuming this collab is one off:
1) It is not possible to clear a dating sim in one go, much less collect every ending as this comic shown.
2) They were competing how fast they can clear the game, as much route as possible. I never seen people compete with dating sims, usually they are making commentary while playing. This is illogical to the game format itself.
3) With points based dating sim, it is normal that the first play is a fail/normal ending or just to build stat for next round, there is no way to pinpoint ending like this comic shown.
3) Halfway through, the gameplay shifted from dating sim, to zombies to tower defense, which is wtf indeed.
3)They actually co-op in the game?! Fighting zombie girls?! How? The whole point of dating sim is it focused on the mc.
4) Their avatar met in the game? This goes beyond vtuber concept itself. The avatar usually on the corner of the game, not in the game itself. They can build similar character in game but not bring their avatar itself. Again, they were playing dating sim, this is not possible. The mc is usually a faceless, pov character.
It breaks the concept of the dating sim genre, heck, vtuber streaming itself. Which in turns makes for a chaotic, confusing and unfunny chapter.
Ironically, yeah. The classic "good" values just don't work in such a game.where are his Ws at though? All I see is him having difficulties bringing his values across
