That, plus the drinking (page 28 of the first chapter make it seems it was shown on stream)? Was the model rigged in such a way that it detected the can and had a model for it?
For the vomit at the end I can maybe understand that was only audio, but all the images about her forgetting to turn the stream off make it seems she was fully shown drinking (while for a vtuber model I guess it would have made more sense having the model move semirandomly because it couldn't detect her with a slouch position, plus her audio rambling, i guess?)
