This really doesn't feel like seinen, other than having adults and the mc being an adult, he is so damn pathetic and acts like a shounen mc

@imhikarucat

Sorry...Maybe I shouldn't have commented it on the chapter page.

Before anyone gets the idea, I'm unfortunately not picking this manga up again right now. I just felt bad about previously dropping it due to being busy IRL and then forgetting about it. lol. Actually recently discovered that I had chapter 28 and half of the chapter 29 finished for like 3 years. I did the next 2 ones over the past few weeks, as a gift to everyone who previously enjoyed it.

I thought the reason why it's called W x Y was because when written vertically it looks like:
w (cups)
x (waist)
Y (pelvic area)
but it's also bcoz the love interests' initials are W and mc's is y= W x Y

No the whole niece niece-uncle was bait, at the end he realizes he like the blonde editor.
I only checked a few chapters of this the premise is fucked enough. Good on the mom for taking the girl away from MC. She shoulda killed him. What a fucking loser.

So I usually steer clear of manga like this, but I stumbled across it while checking out the "pre of the heart" panel on another work's comment section. Let me tell you, I'm SO glad I did! This manga had me chuckling out loud.

The twist with Aimi's "true" identity was bittersweet, but I get where the dude was coming from. He had pure intentions at first, just wanting to express his admiration for his sister. But then his hormones started raging, and well, you know how fucking stupid teens can be! He meant well when suggesting the name, but it all went south real fast.

Now, don't get me wrong, the dude's relationship with his niece was hella inappropriate from the get-go. His sister had boundaries for a reason, and he straight up ignored them. Sure, he helped the kid explore her interests and stuff, but he also exposed her to a bunch of stuff she shouldn't be seeing at that age. And like, that scene making her wear a "more appropriate" swimsuit? Red flag much?

Anyway, I get why the niece had to move away. That dude was a hot mess, and it was only a matter of time before things blew up. The characters are flawed, but that's what made this manga so damn entertaining to me.

I wish the blonde editor and the protagonist could've ended together, but hey, you can't win 'em all! All in all, "WXY" is a wild, messy ride that'll make you think twice about family, personal growth, and the blurred lines between good intentions and straight up fuckery.
