I think I've realized why this series bothers me. This series is basically Popular girl x Loser/Plain guy. With this genre of romance, usually the Loser/Plain guy has some qualities that made the Popular girl fall for him. Thus far, I don't really see why the FL is in love with the ML. ML is bad at sports and studies, and worst of all, it feels like he takes the FL for granted. It's like she has to do all the work in maintaining and developing their relationship. She literally has to hide her true self because he's incapable of talking with girls normally. I hope he's the ugly duckling type character, because he's really needs some points in his favor.

The only "reason" (so far) she even likes him is because he now wants a GF (ch5). Normally I don't mind the ML even if they are a bit one note but this guy is just kinda there. Also hiding who you are for 15/16 years because your afraid you wont be accepted would be exhausting.
