Just saw your reply and had to skim back a bit (and tbh this might make me re-read the whole manga again lmao). You are right that Yuki was pretty pissed by that time, it's just that Tsudzumi specifically stated that she's a third stage spirit (ch. 4) after catching her so that was really confusing.

This got me chuckling ngl that wasn't really on my mind and can be a plausible reason. Though the problem is she said that it's an uncapturable category for her talisman, which actually did worked back in chapter 3 (ch. 4 is where she says she caught a third stage spirit).
