@jak, it is possible that the aunt didn't know he was married though. This does happen in real life, where a person has 2 relationships. Where either lover doesn't know about the other. So maybe avoid hating her before we know the Whole truth. That being said, the father of fmc is a piece of shit.

If the aunt didn't know, she's still a piece of shit for getting two-timed and then still being with him. More than likely she was his mistress and knew that her future husband was married.

Both the father and the new wife are so damn annoying. Xingzhi doesn't want to meet you anymore so just leave her be! The father is a piece of shit sure, but so is the new wife. She did ruined someone else's marriage after all and made Xingzhi lose a father. It pissed me off that someone like her get to be happy.

You guys know nothing about circumstances when they broke up but youstill hate on father. This kind of attitiude is why there are so many disfunctional families. Actually what everyone say to fmc is correct. child from divorced aprents should stil lhave contact. One parent hateing on another just confuses child and will make her less likely to have proper relationships im future making evn more disfunctional families

@Yamibi That's were you're wrong. The story already shown why they divorce: he cheated on his then-wife with the other woman and asked for divorce, not even considering Xingzhi. I hate both the father and the stepmother, not just the father. Children from divorced parents do not need to have contact with either parents really. They can still have proper relationships in the future. Me and some of my relatives happened to come from such family so I do know what I am talking about, unlike you. And do respect Xingzhi's wish of not wanting to meet him.
