Chapter 11 Page 9, The asshole hero says, you don't get Teleport until Level 50. Whether or not this is true, that assumes a really really powerful Hero. You don't just start being a criminal at level 50. So you would nominally be able to catch them before they get that bad.

Btw this link doesn’t work for me; the chs for that manga did not show up for me on the ch hub. Did the chs for that manga got blammed by another region-locking publisher? Kodansha seems to be going rabid recently, I heard.

That sucks, Sekai Saikyou no Majo, is one of the few series on MD that I got hit by. Most of the series that I read, when officially licensed, stopped updating on MD anyway.

It’s because of an incident back then when a site called Onemanga — formerly the no1 manga site of the 2000s, and one of the earliest manga sites — got blammed by Shonen Jump for publishing shoddy One Piece scans. Now that site’s mostly a dead forum (front page hasn’t been updated since 2011). Since then, everyone’s kinda skittish abt it when a legal takedown notice comes in, especially if it’s a SJ-based nuclear warrant, unless they’re aggs (or Mangastream, the best scanlator group of the 2010s, which continued to release high quality official-grade SJ scanlations until they closed shop before MD existed. It was the first scanlator site, and the only scanlator site anyone’s willing to come and read because they don’t release into Batoto for obvious legal reasons, and because they don’t load buttloads of ads into the site).

MD is more on the legally grey side, so they’d prefer to be on the safer side, hence why you can’t find most WSJ chs here unless SJ’a somehow okay with it (Toriko and Gintama being very notable exceptions of mercy from SJ due to Hi Wa Mata Noboru’s very high quality, official-grade releases)
