All I'm gonna say is this happened with "Like, Follow, Subscribe" as well.

It had been like 7 months since the last chapter. Someone picked it up, then Zephyr instantly dropped 3 chapters in a manner saying "wait wait don't go anywhere!"

And yes, the dropped chapters were better quality but that didn't stop the series from being completed.

Sometimes quality has to be sacrificed for time reasons. This is common in all work paths.

For everyone who just listens to Korra here's the true facts. Funny how nobody thought to post that chapter 0, eh? It's almost like someone knows they were wrong and doesn't want to admit it.

Pointing out that Zephyr's preview was a month later doesn't actually mean anything when Zephyr posted it after their prologue anyways. If you look at the timestamps themselves you'll see that the timeline here is:
L1v posts the preview on 8/21 at ~10pm (Going by what Mangadex says the time is, no idea what timezone it's in tbh)
Zephyr posts the prologue the next day, 8/22 at ~12:30pm
L1v posts the prologue an hour later, 8/22 at ~1:50pm
L1v posts chapter 1 the next day, 8/23
L1v posts chapter 2 the next day, 8/24. L1v is caught up to the raws and proceeds to post new chapters weekly
Zephyr posts the preview a month later, 9/26
Zephyr posts chapter 1 a couple minutes later, 9/26
Zephyr posts chapter 2 a few days later, 9/29
Zephyr posts chapter 3 a month later, 11/8

I seriously doubt Zephy saw the preview get posted, and then rushed to put out the prologue immediately before L1v could in order to snipe it and then proceed to do nothing with said snipe. They evidently have continued with it at their slower pace, it'd be much more likely to be an actual snipe if they just did the one chapter or rushed more out after. I think the two groups just started the series at about the same time.

Kinda stupid how kora wasn't even part of this and it was YOU who lashed out against her this time. The only person who needs to "grow up" and act like a proper adult here is you not lunaa.

And then in the middle of that fight, you proceed to promote another one of L1vs work. Do you know how stupid that is?

Also, having a chinese degree =/= you'll be a good translator. From the mistakes kora & lunaa pointed out, L1vs clearly isn't built for translating. That's okay, that's just like how not all english teachers can become good proofreaders. Who even cares about chinese degree when you can't even tell us their HSK level which is wayy more important and will show us their skill level.

So everything got cleared up and misunderstandings done away with and I was even leashed and muzzled (and made up with lunaa myself) and here you are, really needed to get the last word.

As a professional translator of 18 different languages I don't even need to read what you're saying to know it's irrelevant to quality translation.

Your translation skills are also irrelevant when all you want to do is trash another translator.

Kora is always part of this. Including telling me to kms, etc.

You're trying way too hard to keep something going that doesnt need to keep going. Being a kid doesn't automatically allow you to be a turd to people. And I have an entire arsenal of ammunition of their own actions and words to back up my reasoning.

I look forward to how you try to keep this stupid thing going, I am also a master of attrition. I won the 3rd battalion attrition award of dynamic maturity 8 years in a row, and I have a PhD in gaslighting.

Now now- stuff is cleared up between the two.

What I've done for a lot of series (not just manhua) is bite the bullet and use Google lens to mtl raws when I wanna know where a story is going.

I will go back and read translations after a bunch have built up, though.
