Because the manga went from sexy gag manga to super character driven and story based on a dime. Before the yakuza girl was introduced there really wasn't much but now we've had two arcs that introduce new characters constantly and since everyone gets screen time it's snowballing

-Koinami and her gang were operating out of the conveniently soundproofed light music room where they held court and extorted other students like Mukai
The traitor within the Student Council:
-Riko gave Niina the safe codes needed to disappear the light music club's application for the summer festival, as was proven in court by Itsumi
That little Niina:
-Niina used her position in the discipline committee to frame targets of Koinami's gang. Itsumi revealed this and cost her her position but it seems she was able to falsely accuse Sakurazakura with enough credibility that she had to step down as Student Council President. We last saw her terrified of Riko, so we can presume this was an order.

Cuz the people who comment they forgot the story forgot the story

It's enough characters and plot threads it becomes a bit hard to follow reading a chapter every few weeks. Catching up reading in a block makes it much easier to remember everything. The plot has gotten pretty complex for a silly gag manga

Double checking here, the false confession happened off-screen right? Because when Nina was confronted and found guilty in the student council room in like chapter 48, she didn't say it was the President. She just got a death glare from the vice president, which presumably lead to what happened here, but it wasn't shown in that chapter or the chapters that followed.

Updates are spaced about by months, some people tend to forget since they're not actively reviewing and reading it. Plus, it's a lot harder to put foreign names to faces when there are a lot of characters.
