Have to say, that show and the sentiment behind it was just great. They put on a heck of a show, small mistakes happened but no harm was done, the light music club gets to live, and their relationship was once again strengthened, friends together stayed to sing another song, and Sakura was in the background menacingly, plus the third-year bullies being utterly “destroyed” by that masochist combat girl.

And finally … The ending in this…it’s happening…they’re going to get this problem solved in the next chapter…

Yes, I’ve seen the chapter 52 translation in another language already, and it’s … interesting, to say at the very least. It was partially resolved in Itsumi’s part, but unfortunately I still need more chapters to see how it will end.

All I can say is that situation’s not looking good for our dear Kurohime, because like Itsumi did before with more serious matters, she did decide to face it like an adult, with a friend you probably didn’t expect to see, even though I really want Kurohime to succeed. I’ve said it before, Kurohime developed her crush without the love potion (mostly), she held on strong until now and never gave up, she never knew about Itsumi’s personal love with Rin so she had no reason to back down, she got more support from her group of friends to pursue it, and she even did this entire singing shindig for her sake. All that happened in a span of possibly 8 volumes at worst and 4 volumes at best, and that’s still 2 volumes too long for a relationship destined to fail. A few chapters before Itsumi already rejected one because of Rin (even though they still had sex because of the love potion), and she had enough self control to not give in to her urges in front of her little sister Toudou Arare because of Rin, and that’s serious business because Mochi Au Lait has written a lot of incest Yuri before.

Nearly all other girls developed their own ships after Itsumi’s meddling, but Kurohime did not back down, nor did she find feelings with any of her friends, and further more, nearly all her arcs are resolved around her feelings with Toudou Itsumi and the growing of said feelings.

I can't wait for the next chapter…thanks for the translation!

This chapter is one of the reasons I love this manga. There was so much going on and so many characters doing things and it is not just focused on two or four characters only like other manga stories. The arc wrapped ups perfectly and towards the end it even moved me as it brought a few tears. I love panel 37 that says, "ah, it feels so good! I've got nothing left to regret, this was everything I wanted"... This statement on panel 37 sums up for me how I feel about this manga. This manga is everything I wanted. Thanks so much for the chapter and all the hard work in translating.

I'll be honest... But I'll be surprised if this doesn't end the harem route. There's already a few girls who still like Toudou regardless of whether she's dating and/or the influence of the drug has worn off. Heck, Mukai alone has already declared she's fine with being the second or even third girlfriend. And it's not like Toudou is entirely against it (at least she's not against people devoting themselves to her romantically); so it really depends on how Rin would take it.

That said, I'm mostly for Toudou and Yanagi, so seeing Yanagi grow jealous was great. Thanks for the chapter!
