It is amusing how while Rin and Kurohime have stayed stuck with Itsumi and do feel like they will both end up with her, there is one other person who has stuck with Itsumi, and that's Ruruka, who has gotten basically the opposite treatment. Itsumi to Rin and Kurohime has been very reciprocal and nice, while her attitude towards Ruruka has just been "uggggggh go away".

Considering Hana's behavior at school, I'd assume so. If their relationships collapsed I'd expect Hana to be more emotionally unstable. Her behavior seems like the logical conclusion of a childhood spent observing people and blackmailing her sister. I'd be surprised if Hana doesn't completely control Kuki's fetishes at this point.
