Under the view count you can see where the Channel name would normally be and it has it listed as "_______ Volunteers" while Shiki's channel name is just literally Shiki Channel. That said, we do know from 176 that she has experience in editing and framing videos in a way that would warrant getting more explosive view counts (the whole deal with her switching to "lewd" angles and teasing while doing the same mundane content) so she may have touched up the film a bit to warrant the view count.

Also, reading the article about Gangan Online at the Japanese Wikipedia, one can see that Watamote is the third oldest series at Gangan Online, although there are a few caveats about that fact, for example, the oldest one is really several series published a la Jojo and there was a long span of time when that series was not running on Gangan Online, plus the second oldest is more like Hiatus x Hiatus or even worse, so the second one being categorized as ongoing is more of a pretty obvious and hopeless technicality than anything else. So yeah, if we count only series running continuously and as a single series, then Watamote is the oldest one at Gangan Online, heck, at this rate Watamote may become the Kochikame of Gangan Online.
