Some of the people here are crazy. I've read who knows how many school life manga, and I have never seen a single one of them end anywhere other than graduation, unless you count sequels. Not only that, ending it here would be kind of dumb because it would leave things hanging.

4-chan, the number one source of human sewage.

However, it is nowhere to be found after supposedly appearing at the end of this chapter, and another chapter is on the official release schedule.

The series is very popular and the readership is huge. If this happened, it would be because something truly terrible had happened.
