Its funny that the way Yuri prepared beforehand immediately reminded me of Kokonoe Kazura, somewhat similar setup. No wonder all these jokes here, the yuri bait is too strong in this chapter lol

I agree with @ProsperoIV comment, everything in the chapter seems like a setup for the serious talk Yuri wants to have with Tomoko, and all the depressive stuff like the movie, wanting the world to end, even the chapter title (typhoon definitely has a double meaning) points to that.
