I forgot the exact chapter here (Mangadex), but Tomoko called her that once or twice. I just thought it sounded funny and decided to add it to my komi-whatever arsenal of nicknames
this sounds just like what the author+artist was talking about later in the omake.
Tomoko hates Komiyama so much everytime so instead of normal "Komiyama-san" Tomoko uses "コミなんかさん" (Komi-nanka-san). Then Tomoko translate that phrase to English: Komi-something-san. Then finally she translate it back to Japanese and also shorten it, which becomes コミサムさん (Komi-some-san), or "Komi wotsit san".
