Rena-chan getting a huge dose of self-aware reality this chapter.

But it's a testament to how much she's grown that she also sees it and internalizes it, and uses her own historical insecurities and self-debasement to lift up Kaho. She might still think all of this about herself, but she also knows that she's loved regardless, and that it must count for something.

I have to say that it stings a little knowing why she knows exactly what to say to lift Kaho back up, though. Merely reciting the words you long to hear spoken to yourself is....well, a vibe. But Renako's ability to empathize and put Kaho before herself in this moment is beautiful, and I just hope that it marks a real turning point for her starting to believe her own hype.

Time to whole-ass one cosplay between the two of them, and make some memories.

Sadly yes, seemed to be orginally planned to only go to satsuki's arc but it went further for some reason.

I guess they aren't confident/satisfied with current manga sales?

I’m of course not saying you’re lying or anything, but where’d you find this info? I don’t see anything about it though I’m definitely just looking at the wrong places. Well, I gusss I hope you’re misinformed since I’m liking this a lot though I am caught up on the light novel too. I suppose it’d make sense to end the manga here, but I would still be somewhat surprised since the anime got so popular unexpectedly
