It has been said before, but this really is a series where you can realistically ship every main character with every other main character. Mai x Satsuki ? Satsuki x Ajisai ? Kaho x Mai ? Satsuki x Kaho ? Ajisai x Mai ? All of them with Renako ? They all work and none of them would be completely out of character.

She's dating both of them, but Mai is engaged. She was engaged to Lucie (you haven't met her), but now Satsuki due to Renee's meddling. Ajisai and Renako are having issues because Rena sees her as a pure angel and doesn't want to dirty her, and Ajisai is getting frustrated with the lack of communication.

Kaho hasn't been seen for 3-4 volumes. RN the arc has a lot to do with figuring out what Satsuki wants. Previous arc was figuring out why her sister punched someone

I’m glad this is continuing for sure although I’m sad that the artist is changing. This reminded me that I thought it was pretty unfair that Musshu was not credited in the anime as far as I remember. Musshu of course used Takeshima Eku’s art from the light novel as inspiration for several scenes, but most of the scenes were drawn by Musshu specifically and it seemed like a lot of scenes in the anime were based on scenes in the manga. I don’t watch much anime these days, so is it normal for anime adaptations to only credit the author and light novel artist but not the manga artist? (If I remembered wrong and she actually was credited, I’ll be a bit embarrassed but I’d be happy that she’s getting recognition at least).

binged up to here in one sitting. renako's feelings are confusing even for the reader... it's interesting. one minute she says her heart's not racing for mai, the next she's all she thinks about. it's clearer that she sees mai more romantically, but it would be nice to see development with ajisai too..😵‍💫 (me liking ajisai more)

I think that's also why this series seems to have the stablest polycule shipping I've ever seen. the chemistry between these 5 is solid enough for a pentacule to survive its growing pains
