Chizuru always gave off grumpy single mom energy and her daughters have different hair colors, and with haircolor denoting relation they may have different fathers

I have no idea about Hana's dad, maybe he's working overtime/overseas, maybe he passed away, but Hana's mom doesn't seem like the type of character who would have a child out of wedlock, leave her husband, or find a guy who'd leave her

Fun fact! In the very first chapter, in the scene where Hinata opens the door for Miyako, she says "Mum or dad aren't home yet". That's the only mention of Hinata and Miyako's dad, and it's completely gone in the anime.

Based on that we assume that either a) Their dad moved out or died sometime after chapter 1, b) he's there but always at work or most likely c) Nanatsu retconned him out.
